A tricks based class where each week the tricks gets progressively more difficult to keep the workout up! This class is a full body work-out designed for absolute beginners with no strength or minimum fitness requirements - you can come straight from your couch!

HammockFLOW

HammockFLOW fitness program is a fusion of suspended athletic conditioning, aerial yoga poses, Pilates techniques as well as pole and aerial arts inspired exercises.

Through our specially designed aerial fitness programs you can achieve 360° motion, improved body awareness, greater joint mobility, spinal decompression and the opportunity to find creativity in movement as you sculpt your body with support from the hammocks.

This class is a cardio based class where each week you learn a different chorographed dance routine! This one is a fantastic cardio workout designed for absolute beginners with no strength or minimum fitness requirements - you can come straight from your couch!

Flex & Flow / Flex for the Inflexible

This class is an off the aparatus stretch, strength and conditioning class that will compliment your aerial course or kick start you fitness journey! Each week there will be a different style of workout to keep you on your toes.
