HammockRESTORE

HammockFLOW fitness program is a fusion of suspended athletic conditioning, aerial yoga poses, Pilates techniques as well as pole and aerial arts inspired exercises. Through our specially designed aerial fitness programs you can achieve 360 motion, improved body awareness, greater joint mobility, spinal decompression and the opportunity to find creativity in movement as you sculpt your body with support from the hammocks.

This class is an off the aparatus stretch, strength and conditioning class that will compliment your aerial course or kick start you fitness journey! Each week there will be a different style of workout to keep you on your toes.

MothersCLUB

Bungee Fitness

Bungee Fitness is a cardiovascular based work out with a lot less strain on your joint like a traditional work out would be.

We borrow techniques from step classes, weight classes and Zuu based w
orkouts to give you an all over body work out in 30 minutes.

Pilates Mat Work

Matwork Pilates uses body weight and functional movement with the use of small props to engage and tone every muscle of the body.

Pilates can assist in rehabilitation post injury, pre/peri/post natal movement and just for general health and wellness.

This course is designed for everyone and has progressions for the mat
enthusiast or regressions for beginners or those with injuries.
